Basic Rule for Syllables that
Start with Low Class Consonants:

If there is no tone mark, then:
Live Syllable = Mid Tone
Dead Syllable (short vowel) = High Tone
Dead Syllable (long vowel) = Falling Tone

Stop Finals
Short Vowels
Sonorant Finals
Long Vowels
